Key Account Manager (M/F)

Your mission

As a Key Account Manager, you play a central role in the commercial and strategic development of Astel Medica in the Belgian and Luxembourg markets.

As a true business partner, you are responsible for developing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing sustainable growth strategies, both offline and digital.

You work closely with internal teams (marketing, scientific, management, operations) to strengthen the presence and visibility of the company’s brands and products.

Your responsibilities

Business development & key account management

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new strategic accounts
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Negotiate, close, and follow up on national commercial agreements
  • Ensure the proper execution of partnerships and agreed action plans

Strategy & market development

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the commercial strategy
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and growth opportunities
  • Support the launch of new products and the development of new categories

Digital & multichannel development

  • Develop online sales and e-commerce initiatives for key accounts
  • Contribute to the implementation of multichannel marketing and communication campaigns within key accounts
  • Monitor commercial performance through KPIs and data analysis

Coordination & leadership

  • Coach and support operational teams dedicated to key accounts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments
  • Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial processes

Your profile

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical, or health products sectors
  • You have excellent negotiation and key account business development skills
  • You are strongly results-oriented and have a data-driven analytical approach
  • You are autonomous, structured, and proactive
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • You enjoy working in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
  • You are fluent in French and English (Dutch is considered an asset)
